Coach Derek Fisher, ALL-STAR Exclusive
In case you missed it, 5-time NBA champion and Laker Legend Derek Fisher was in town last week.
On this, his second visit to the country, he was wearing the hat of a coach instead of an NBA Superstar. As such, he imparted his vast knowledge of the game of basketball to a Coaches Clinic held for Jr. NBA Philippines alongside PH’s own Coach Norman Blackwater and Coach Jong Uichico.
The event took place at the NBA Community Court in Mandaluyong on April 17, 2024, and coaches and players from all over took in everything that was taught that day.
ALL-STAR was given five minutes to sit down with Coach Derek Fisher and he was more than generous with his answers.
